If you are looking for a nice Italian restaurant in the Patong beach area then one of the Italian restaurants which I would most definitely recommend to you would be the Vittorio Restaurant Phuket. One of the reasons is obviously because of the excellent Italian food which is serves at this Patong restaurant but another reason is because of its outstanding location on the cliffs overlooking the Andaman Sea. A great time to dine at the Patong Vittorio Restaurant is in the late afternoon / early afternoon so that you can enjoy one of the spectacular sunsets.

I recently enjoyed a wonderful dinner with my wife at the Vittorio restaurant in Phuket and it was our first visit to this Italian restaurant. In regards to the location of the Vittorio Restaurant Phuket I should point out that this Italian restaurant is not really located in Patong Beach but more in the Kalim area of the island which is just North of Patong Beach. You should have no problem finding this Phuket Italian restaurant as its located directly along the road which leads from Patong Beach to Kamala Beach.

The building in which the Vittorio restaurant is located in superbly designed and looks very classy and elegant. The fact that it is located on the cliff guarantees guests wonderful views of the Andaman Sea. You can choose to either sit on the outdoor terrace, which is why my wife and I did, or you can enjoy a meal indoors in pleasant air-conditioned surroundings. If you want to enjoy a lovely sunset then you should be at the Phuket Vittorio Restaurant from 17:45 onwards.

I was a bit worried that this Italian restaurant in Phuket was going to be pricey judging by how the restaurant looked from the outside but to my surprise the prices were more than reasonable so the Vittorio restaurant in Patong is definitely a restaurant which nearly everyone can afford to dine at. The menu includes a wide range of Italian specialties including anti pestos, pizzas, lasagna and of course some really lovely pizzas. There is also excellent Thai food on the menu in case anyone in your party doesn’t like Italian food.

The chef of Vittorio’s restaurant in Phuket is one of the leading Italian cuisine chefs in the country but he is Thai. However I most certainly did find the Italian food to be outstanding and rather authentic. If you are looking for a romantic restaurant in the Patong beach area then the Vittorio Phuket restaurant is definitely one of the places which you should consider dining at.
