Usabai Living is a hip and modern style Patong guesthouse which is situated right in the center of this Phuket resort area. The Patong Usabai Living guesthouse has actually been around for a couple of years already however it was only recently that I started to hear wonderful things from travelers and tourists about this Phuket guesthouse. Normally whenever a great new Patong beach guesthouse opens its doors to the public then I will hear about it fairly quickly however that did not happen on this occasion. However it is not only the exterior of the U Sabai Guesthouse that looks great as the interior of this affordable Patong holiday accommodation even looks much nicer inside. Next to the entrance of the Usabai Living guesthouse you will find a nice but cozy terrace which is an extension of the restaurant / coffee shop which is located next to the lobby on the ground floor of this Patong beach boutique guesthouse. There is also a useful internet corner in the lobby area of Usabai Living. One of the things which I really liked about the lobby area of this Phuket guest house is that it has some local artwork on display as well as plenty of flowers and plants. It really does match and display what Phuket is all about. The first impression which travelers and tourists will normally have about a Phuket resort, hotel or guesthouse involved the front desk staff at the time of check inn. I did have a chat with the front desk staff and they were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and spook English extremely well. I have been to so many Phuket guesthouses where unfortunately the staff spoke very poor English or were not very helpful or friendly but this is fortunately not the case with the outstanding staff of the Patong Usabai Living guesthouse.

The best way to describe this guesthouse in Patong beach is to call it a boutique style guesthouse. The best feature of the Phuket Usabai living guesthouse is in my opinion the beautiful guest rooms. The rooms look very hip and trendy and are painted in fresh and bright colors. Please note that there are several different room types available at the U Sabai Living Guesthouse in Patong beach and they include standard rooms, twin superior rooms, deluxe rooms and even suites which is rather uncommon for guesthouses on Phuket. Many of the rooms do also have a nice balcony and I would definitely recommend for you to book such a room. All the rooms have local art work on the walls and guests can enjoy from the various modern facilities and amenities which can be found in each of the guest rooms at the Patong Usabai Living Guesthouse.

Prices at this boutique style Patong guesthouse are very affordable and this is especially the case during the Patong low season with room rates starting at only 700 Thai Baht per room per night. The room prices during the Phuket tourist high season start at around 1200 Thai Baht per room per night.

The Usabai Living Guesthouse is located very near to the popular Phuket Jungceylon shopping mall. The beach of Patong is located probably a 5 to 10 minute walk away and there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants which are located in the direct area in which this Patong beach guesthouse is situated.
