This is always a good sign as it means that everyone is having a great time at this guesthouse in the popular Phuket resort town of Patong beach. I would like to make it clear that the Tavern Phuket is not a boutique style or design guesthouse but it is one which offers a very warm and friendly atmosphere. There is a very nice and cozy restaurant and bar area which is situated on the ground floor of the Tavern Phuket and where guests can enjoy a game of pool, a cold Leo beer and some really good food and at very affordable prices. The menu of this restaurant at the Tavern Phuket includes mainly western dishes as well as some Thai dishes.
I did have a look at some of the rooms of the Tavern Phuket guesthouse during my visit a few weeks back and I was happily surprised. The guest rooms of this Patong beach guesthouse are rather spacious and offer all the comforts which a traveler or tourist may need to have a successful vacation. The Tavern Phuket guesthouse actually offers several different room types including standard double rooms, deluxe king size room, twin room and a family room. Some of the room amenities and facilities which guests can enjoy in their room at the Tavern Phuket guesthouse in Patong beach include air-conditioning, international television programming, mini bar and a in room safe.
One of the things which I liked best about the Tavern Patong guesthouse was its room rates. If you want to stay anywhere close to the beach of Patong it normally will end up costing you a pretty penny which is why I am happy to have come across the Tavern Phuket guesthouse as it actually offers very low room rates for this part of Patong. Room rates during the low seasons start at only 500 Thai Baht per room per night and increase by only 200 Thai Baht per room per night during the Patong beach tourist high season. Please also note that the Tavern Phuket does not charge any joiner fee for overnight guests.
