These lovely and rather spacious apartments don’t come with furniture however there are kitchen appliances included in the purchase price. If you are interested in purchasing a apartment which includes the furniture then you can purchase an additional furniture pack which costs 200.000 Thai Baht.
The first apartment building at the Sawara Residence has been completed and one unit is still available for purchase. The sales price for this splendid 2 bedroom Phuket apartment is 4.8 million Thai Baht.
The second Sawara Residence apartment building is currently under construction and as this is the second phase of this Phuket property development, prices will be higher and the apartments will be available starting at 5.2 million Thai Baht.
The monthly maintenance fee for the apartment owners will be 4500 Thai Baht per unit per month. If you would like to purchase a wonderful Rawai apartment at the Sawara Residence then please note there is a 5% non refundable deposit at the time when you reserve a specific apartment and 75% of the total purchase price needs to be paid at the time of purchase. The remaining 25% is payable at the time when the apartment is handed over to the buyer by the Phuket real estate developer.
Please note that these luxury Phuket apartments are not for sale on a freehold basis but on a 2 x 30 year lease hold basis.
