This area in Patong was only developed and built some years back which is one of the reasons why some of the most modern and nicest looking guesthouses in Patong beach are situated in this part of Patong beach. It is always a good idea to stay at a Patong guesthouse such as the Sabai Dee Patong Guesthouse which is located in a relatively new building as many of the guesthouses which are situated in some of the older shop house type buildings do have problems such as issues with hot water and generally being in need of a renovation. The Sabai Dee guesthouse in Patong beach has only been at its current location for a short period of time and although this Patong boutique guesthouse is situated in a relatively new and modern building, the new owner of the guesthouse has completely renovated all the public areas as well as all of the guest rooms of the Sabai Dee Patong Guesthouse. This ensures travelers and tourists of a comfortable and rather pleasant stay at this boutique guesthouse in Patong beach.
When I visited the Sabai Dee Patong Guesthouse my impression was right away very positive as I really like it when an owner of a guesthouse does his fair share of decorating the entrance and reception area of his guesthouse. This is certainly the case with the Sabai Dee Patong guesthouse. At the entrance of this Patong guesthouse there are two Thai statues that welcome the visitors and the lobby area of the Sabaidee Patong Guesthouse is painted in warm and elegant colors and lovely local paintings hang on the walls. There are also some nice sofas where guests can hang out on which is another aspect which I really appreciate. The female staff of the Sabai Dee Patong Guesthouse is extremely friendly, gracious and rather cute I may add. They make new arrivals feel at home right away and this is a very important part of the holiday experience of travelers and tourists.
I was curious to find out who owned the Sabai Dee Patong guesthouse and to my surprise I discovered that the owner of this Patong boutique guesthouse was from Turkey. I have never met any Turkish people in Patong beach yet along a local business owner so that was a rather pleasant discovery. Please note however that the Sabai Dee Patong Guesthouse is designed and decorated in a hip and trendy Thai style without any visible Turkish influences. Niyo, the Turkish owner and manager of this Patong beach boutique guesthouse, is a very nice fellow and he is always available for any guests who may have questions, comments or problems at hand.
The guest rooms which I visited at the Sabai Dee Patong Boutique Guesthouse were surprisingly spacious and they were also nicely furnished and decorated. If you are looking for a centrally location boutique guesthouse then I would definitely recommend for you to put the Sabai Dee Patong guesthouse on your list of guesthouses consider staying at during your trip to the tropical island of Phuket.

The Patong Sabai Dee Guesthouse is as mentioned before located at Soi Banzaan. This road leads from Nanai road directly to the well known and ever so popular Jungceylon shopping mall. Guests staying at the Sabai Dee Patong guesthouse can walk down to the main Patong shopping mall in under 3 minutes and if you were to walk down to Bangla road it would probably only take you around 5 minutes or so. For those of you who won’t have your own method of transportation please be aware that a walk down to the beach of Patong should take less than 10 minutes or so.
