The Patong Rose Guesthouse is located in a Soi just off the Patong Beach road. Obviously the location is ideal as it is so close to the beach but staying in the Patong Beach road area also has other advantages as this area of Patong is filled with many wonderful restaurants, plenty of bars as well as nightlife venues and there are also many activities which you can enjoy such as shopping or going for a traditional Thai massage. If you are not planning to rent a car or scooter in Patong then the Patong beach road area is definitely the place to stay during your holiday in Patong beach. Please note that Bangla Road, the center of all famous Phuket nightlife venues, is only a 5 minute walk away. Burger King and Mac Donald’s are located right around the corner from the Patong Rose Guesthouse.

Nearly all the buildings in the side streets of the Patong beach road are shop houses and the Patong Rose Guesthouse is located in such a building. The Patong Rose Guesthouse is a medium sized guesthouse which offers 17 guest rooms to travelers and tourists. The Patong Rose Guesthouse offers a wide range of services and facilities and the following can be found at this Patong guesthouse: parking, internet & coffee shop, massage salon, tattoo studio, restaurant, visa run booking, scooter rentals and safety deposit boxes.

The Patong Rose Guesthouse is managed by a Hungarian and Swedish couple and they are always available for their clients. It was obviously for me that they will do anything to please their customers and they also offer a wealth of knowledge about Phuket and the rest of Thailand to guests staying at their Patong guesthouse. The Thai staff employed at the Patong Rose Guesthouse is also very friendly and overall the atmosphere was excellent at this guesthouse in Patong Beach during my site inspection.

Even though the Patong Rose Guesthouse only has 17 rooms available, there are in fact 3 different room types from which travelers can select and they include as follows: Standard Room, Superior Room and Deluxe Room. The cheapest room category is obviously the standard room and you can stay in one of these standard rooms for only 600 Thai Baht per room per night during the Phuket tourist low season. The price for that room during the peak season is only 1000 Thai Baht per room per night and that’s an excellent price considering how close you are to the beach. The Patong Rose Guesthouse is normally fully booked so please be sure to book your room well ahead of time.

I must admit that the furniture in the room looks ever so slightly dated however the owners have tried to improve the rooms with some colorful decorations and the final result is pretty nice. The guest rooms of the Patong Rose Guesthouse do come with lots of amenities and facilities including for example air-conditioning, international television programming, free wireless internet access, mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities as well as a safety deposit box.
