The plot of land on which each of the homes is build is very large for Phuket standards as the plots range from 0.5 acre to 0.8 acre in size. The Phuket estate homes at Orchard Springs are simply stunning in design and there are some other interested facts which I would like to share with you in regards to this wonderful Phuket houses.
Each of the Orchard Spring estate homes will have an internal living space of 650 m2 in addition to 450 m2 of balconies and outdoor decking. Each of the Orchard Spring houses will also have a beautiful outdoor infinity swimming pool which will be 102 m2 in size.
