Nai Harn Beach

Nai Harn beach is one of our favorite beaches on Phuket. You will find some tourists at this Phuket beach as there are a few Nai Harn beach resorts however most of the people on the beach are normally Phuket expats and local Thai residents. The Nai Harn beach area and surrounding areas are filled with expat homes. The busiest time at Nai Harn beach is normally during the weekend when people have their day off. The sand at Nai Harn beach is chalk white and this Phuket beach is lined by tall palm trees.

Nai Harn Beach Location


Nai Harn beach is located on the west coast of Phuket and it is the most southern Phuket beach on the west coast. You can get to Nai Harn beach two different ways. You can either take a 10 minute drive south from Kata Beach or a 5 minute drive west of Rawai Beach. If you would like to spend the day at Nai Harn beach and you are staying at a resort or hotel in Patong Beach then this will take about 20 minutes by car or motorbike.

Nai Harn Beach Activities


There are a variety of Nai Harn beach activities available to travelers. First of all you can of course enjoy the beach and the Andaman Sea. There are also a number of water sport companies located at Nai Harn beach for those of you that would like to do some snorkeling, diving or even jet skiing. There are also a variety of massage shops at Nai Harn beach.

There are in fact a large number of small restaurants in the Nai Harn beach area. There are only a few hotels and resorts located directly at Nai Harn beach. Some of the most popular hotels at Nai Harn beach include the The Royal Phuket Yacht Club and the All Seasons Nai Harn Phuket resort. The Nai Harn beach hotels are always fully booked during high season so if you would like to stay at one of the Nai Harn beach hotels then please do book a room or suite well ahead of time......
