Leisure Club Asia Company Limited is a Thai registered company which has its main office on the tropical island of Phuket. This Phuket real estate firm was founded by Mr. Thijs Houkamp, a Dutch National, who also started the popular Club Bamboo Boutique Resort in Patong beach, Phuket. Unfortunately Mr. Thijs Houkamp passed away a few years ago after a brief but fierce battle with cancer and his brother, Mr. Leo Houkamp, followed in the footsteps of being the owner and managing director of both Leisure Club Asia as well as Club Bamboo Boutique Resort in Patong Beach. Ananview Villas Patong – These 2 semi detached private pool villas are located nearby to the Ananthara Pool Villa and Club Bamboo Boutique Resort and was quickly sold out. These two lovely villas were sold for less than 10 million THB and are currently worth considerably more than the price for which they were originally sold.
Laguna Park Layan – This is the latest project which Leisure Club Asia Company Limited has been working on and this was the grand project which Mr. Thijs Houkamp envisioned for his company and had designed before he passed away 2 years ago. Laguna Park Layan will consist of 48 luxury Phuket condominiums.
