The room rates that the KN Guesthouse charges are somewhat more expensive then what you would expect to pay at an average Patong guesthouse but please keep in mind that the Phuket KN Guesthouse does offer facilities such as a nice outdoor swimming pool which you will not find in many other guesthouses on the island of Phuket. There is also an elevator available so that guests do not need to take the stairs to get up to their room. There are two types of rooms available at the KN Guesthouse Patong and they are standard rooms and deluxe rooms. A standard room will cost your around 900 Thai Baht during the low season and will go up to 1800 Thai Baht during the tourist peak season which is around Christmas. The larger and nicer deluxe room will cost a traveler or tourist 1200 Thai Baht during the low season and 2000 Thai Baht during the Phuket tourist peak season.

The KN Guesthouse Patong is located in Soi Jintana which is across the street from the Patong Paradise complex which is well known for its gay venues. This is one the main reasons why so many gay travelers choose to stay at the Phuket KN Guest House. Soi Jintana is only a small soi which is filled mostly with guesthouses and small stores.
