The only thing which is slightly annoying to me is that they keep following you which is not really a surprise as they are on commission.
Shopping at Home Pro Phuket is convenient for many of the foreigners living on Phuket as it is situated in the same complex which houses the Phuket Lotus Tesco store, McDonalds and a branch of the Pizza Company. However many of the real estate developers and local Thai residents don’t shop at the Phuket Home Pro as prices are often somewhat more expensive then what customers would pay at one of the local home improvement stores. There are a number of different Phuket do it yourself stores which are located along the Phuket by Pass road. However these shops generally carry a smaller selection of products and good and the staff will most likely only speak Thai.
A second and somewhat smaller Phuket Home Pro branch recently opened its doors in Chalong which is ideal for the many Phuket expats that live in that area of Phuket.
