I would also like to mention that the staff of the Ferb guesthouse is some of the kindest and friendliest staff I have ever met during my extensive travels throughout Thailand. Whatever wishes or needs you may have, the staff and owner of the Ferb will do their best to accommodation all of your needs and wishes.

Another of those reasons why the Ferb guesthouse in Patong beach is doing so well is most certainly the fact that the Ferb guesthouse offers very attractive room rates to travelers and tourists. Room rates during the tourist low season start at only 600 Thai Baht per room per night and during the peak season over Christmas and New Year room rates start at 1000 Thai Baht per room per night. This road basically connects Nanai Road to the area immediately behind the Phuket Jungceylon shopping center. Soi Banzaan is a wonderful place to stay during your vacation in Patong as you can reach the various attractions and destinations of Patong on foot. You could explore Nanai and its many inexpensive restaurants and bar or you can just walk down to the Jungceylon mall with all its stores, restaurants and entertainment venues. Bangla road is perhaps a 4 minute walk away and the beach of Patong a few minutes longer than that.
