One of my favorite organizations on Phuket is Child Watch Phuket. Unfortunately child abuse is something that is also a major problem in Thailand and there are few government agencies which really deal with this major problem. Fortunately there are organizations set up by individuals and volunteers to help the children of Thailand and Child Watch Phuket is one of them.

The objectives of Child Watch Phuket include to save children systematically and professionally, to help children from being physically, sexually and mentally abused, to create awareness among the public on children's right and to provide welfare and an education to needy children.
