Bachelor Bar Patong Beach

Not that many Patong beer bars from Soi Eric have been reviewed in our Phuket travel guide and this is why I recently visited Soi Eric in Patong beach with a few friends and we did a bit of bar hopping. One of the Soi Eric beer bars which we visited was the Bachelor Bar Patong Beach and I had a brilliant time at this Patong ladies bar with the lads. That’s why the Bachelor Bar Patong definitely deserves a place in the list of Patong bars which have been reviewed in our Patong nightlife guide.

The Bachelor Bar in Patong Beach has been around for many years and I am pretty sure it has changed owners plenty of times over the years as is the case with most bars in Patong beach. However one thing which I would like to point out about this Patong bar is that the Bachelor Bar always has gorgeous and rather sexy hostesses working for them. It should therefore come as absolutely no surprise that this Phuket beer bar is one of the most popular bars in Soi Eric.

One of the main reasons why I enjoy going bar hopping in Soi Eric is because of the music setup. Other bar streets in Patong don’t have one central sound system which basically means that every single bar is playing different music and at an extremely loud volume. Fortunately this is not the case at the Bachelor Bar Patong Beach and other beer bars in Soi Eric as there is one central sound system and a DJ. In my opinion it just creates a better atmosphere and it also allows you to talk to your mates or to some of the ladies working in these bars.

Prices for drinks at the Phuket Bachelor Bar in Patong beach are similar to what you would pay at other Patong bars. Beers will cost around 70 – 90 Thai Baht depending on whether it’s a local beer or an import beer and cocktails will cost you around 150 Thai Baht. If you have met a sexy Patong bar girl at the Bachelor Bar in Patong beach and you would like to take her back to your place then the bar fine which you will need to pay to this Patong bar is around 300 Thai Baht. Prices for additional services with the girl should be discussed directly with the girl of your liking.

The Bachelor Bar in Patong Beach normally opens around 7 PM and it will get really busy around 10 PM. Closing time is around 01:00 and 02:00 AM and after that most of the girls working at this Patong bar will head down to one of the discos in Patong beach such as the Tiger Disco, Safari Club or Banana Disco.
