Aroonpat Patong is located along Nanai road which is the third road of Patong and is located along the hillside overlooking Patong beach and the Andaman Sea. The Nanai road area of Patong is especially very popular with Patong expats and there are plenty of small bars, restaurants and other businesses located along Nanai road so it really is an ideal place to live. Obviously one should consider the location in Patong where one is buying a house as any property very near to the beach of Patong will cost you a fortune. Properties along Nanai Road and Hasib Pee Road (50 year road) are still relatively affordable as the beach is roughly 700 – 900 meters away which means that the land prices are considerable cheaper.
The Aroonpat Patong housing estate offers 2 different types of houses for sale with the Baan Aroonnara which was originally listed for 6.69 million Thai Baht and the Baan Aroonpatra houses which were originally listed for 6.99 million Thai Baht.
