The Andaman Bangtao Bay Resort Phuket is an all bungalow beach resort which is located directly along the white sandy beaches of Bang Tao. This 3 star Phuket resort is a rather small yet very cozy resort as there are only 12 bungalows located at this holiday property. The Andaman Bangtao Bay Resort is only one of a handful of bungalow resorts which is in fact located right next to one of the Phuket beaches. Thailand was well known in the past for these beach side bungalow resorts however unfortunately many of these resorts were removed to make place for larger and more modern holiday resorts. The only real Thai holiday destination where you can still find plenty of resorts which are similar to the Phuket Andaman Bangtao Bay resort is Koh Samui Island. So if you are looking to spend your holiday in Thailand in these types of resorts then I would recommend for you to spend a part of your vacation on Samui Island as well.

The Andaman Bangtao Bay Resort is actually one of my favorite resorts on Phuket as it is located directly along the beach and this must certainly be the reason why the resort enjoys very high room occupancy throughout the year. I therefore urge you that you should place a reservation for a bungalow well ahead of time in case you are interested in spending a part of your holiday at the excellent Andaman Bangtao Bay Resort.

The way in which the bungalows have been designed and furnished as well as the rest of the Andaman Ban Tao Bay Resort can best be described as traditionally Thai. There is no way to be mistaken that you are staying at the Thai holiday resort. As many of the newer resorts have chosen for a modern and contemporary style, it is actually great that there are still Phuket resorts such as the Andaman Bangtao Bay Resort in Bang Tao beach around as many travelers and tourists are actually looking for holiday resort which is designed in a traditional Thai style.

I would highly recommend the Andaman Bang Tao Bay Resort to honeymooners and couples. This resort on Phuket is not an ultra luxurious holiday resort however it is a resort where guests can enjoy relaxation, privacy, intimacy and an absolutely wonderful beachfront location. Please note also that as this is only a 3 star resort, the room rates are more than affordable. If you are looking for an affordable beach side resort then I would definitely like to recommend the lovely Andaman Bangtao Bay Resort to you.

Andaman Bangtao Bay Resort Location

The Andaman Bangtao Bay Resort Phuket is located right next to the beach at Bang Tao. This Phuket bungalow resort is rather secluded and offers travelers and tourists the upmost privacy and intimacy. Imagine waking up in the morning and stepping out of your front door right onto the excellent white sandy Bang Tao beach!

Bang Tao beach and the neighboring Laguna Phuket resort area is one of the most exclusive holiday destinations of Phuket. This area of Phuket has the highest concentration of 5 star Phuket hotels. One of the great things about Bang Tao beach and the surrounding area is that it is relatively quiet and peaceful and tourists staying in this part of Phuket will not be continuously pestered by sales people and Tuk Tuk’s as travelers will experience who stay in Patong beach or Kata beach for example. If you are planning to do a lot of clubbing and bar hopping during your holiday on Phuket then I would not advice you to book a hotel or resort in Bang Tao as there are only a few bars and no real clubs. I would instead suggest for you to look for holiday accommodation in Patong beach.

As I have mentioned before, the Phuket Andaman Bang Tao Bay Resort is a relatively small Phuket resort as it only offers 12 bungalows to travelers and tourists. What I really love about the accommodation of the Andaman Bangtao Bay Resort is that all of its bungalows are in fact located right along the beach of Bang Tao. Many other bungalow resorts such as this will normally only have a few beach front bungalows whilst the others are located in more of a garden setting. This is fortunately not the case with the bungalows of this Phuket bungalow resort so every guest can enjoy undisturbed views of the Andaman Sea and the magnificent and unforgettable Phuket sunsets.

The design and the furniture of the Andaman Bangtao Bay Resort Bungalows are typically Thai and somewhat basic. Although you will find plenty of modern and important facilities and amenities in each of the bungalows, you can certainly tell the difference between the accommodation at this resort and that of a 4 or 5 star Phuket resort. Most of the travelers and tourists however are more than pleased with their bungalow and especially when they consider the great value for money which this Bang Tao bungalow resort offers to its guests.

There are a number of different types of bungalows from which travelers and tourists can select and these include the following room types: Standard beachfront bungalow, superior beachfront bungalow and honeymoon beachfront bungalow.

Andaman Bangtao Bay Resort Facilities

It is not realistic to expect a wide range of facilities when you are staying at a small 3 star Phuket resort. The main reason why people stay at this charming Phuket beachfront resort is because of its superb location. There are not a great number of resorts or hotels which are located directly adjacent to a Phuket beach so its location must surely be its mail selling point. Being able to walk out of your bungalow and being right on the beach is actually the only thing which many travelers and tourists are looking for when searching for a Phuket resort or hotel.

There are however a limited number of facilities which guests can enjoy at the Phuket Andaman Bangtao Bay Resort and these include for example a nice outdoor swimming pool and a complimentary airport transportation service. Most of the guests will however spend most of their day at the beach or exploring some of the wonderful attractions and activities which Phuket has on offer to its visitors. Andaman Thai Seafood Restaurant and Bar – What I really like about the Andaman Thai Seafood Restaurant and Bar is that it is located directly on the white sandy beach of Bang Tao. This is the ideal venue for those travelers who would like to celebrate a special occasion with friends of loved ones. I would recommend for you to visit this lovely restaurant during sunset. Resort guests can also enjoy a lovely breakfast at this restaurant and many outside visitors also head down to this excellent restaurant for a great lunch.

Within walking distance of the Andaman Bangtao Bay Resort you will also find a number of other good beachfront restaurants. If you would like to visit a fancy restaurant then you can always head down to the nearby Laguna Phuket complex where there are a lot of different wonderful restaurants which are part of the various Laguna Phuket resorts and hotels.
